GSN is an Australian staffing company helping small and medium-sized businesses build long-term offshore teams of exceptional Filipino professionals. We are growing quickly across Australia, and we are looking for a Content & Personal Brand Specialist to become the creative voice of our brand — and the personal brands of our two co-founders.

What you will do:
● Run GSN's business pages on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok
● Manage Brett and Leanne's personal social profiles, writing in their voices
● Travel onsite to our Manila office and other locations to film our staff, founders, and culture content
● Edit short-form video for Reels, Shorts, and TikTok
● Build a rolling monthly content calendar and report on what is working
● Be the creative force shaping how thousands of Australian business owners and Filipino jobseekers come to know us
Who you are:
● You have three to five years of experience and you know your craft
● You can write in a voice that is not your own — a plain-spoken Australian tradie sounds nothing like a marketing founder, and you can do both convincingly
● You are as comfortable behind the camera as you are at the keyboard
● You can confidently direct people in front of the camera, including senior leaders
● You are proactive — you bring ideas to the table, you do not wait to be told what to post next
● You have an instinct for what is working on social media right now, not what worked three years ago
● You are based in Metro Manila and available for onsite filming days
Bonus points if you:
● Own basic filming kit (gimbal, lapel mic, lighting)
● Have B2B services, recruitment, or staffing industry experience
● Have grown a founder's LinkedIn presence from quiet to influential
● Are comfortable on camera yourself (helpful for directing, not required)
